I help overwhelmed adults slow down, understand themselves, and feel more in control again.

★ Anxiety ★ Stress ★ Burnout ★ Relationships

I believe therapy should feel like a conversation where you don't have to pretend everything is okay. My goal is to create a space where you can be honest without worrying about being judged or rushed.

Many of the people I work with are carrying stress that has quietly built up over years. Together, we slow things down, understand what's happening beneath the surface, and build practical strategies that make everyday life feel lighter and more manageable.

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session is simply about getting to know each other. We'll talk about what brought you here, what you've been experiencing lately, and what you hope might change through therapy.

There's no pressure to tell your entire life story on day one. We'll move at a pace that feels comfortable and work together to create a plan that feels realistic for you.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Clients often describe me as calm, supportive, and practical. I believe insight is important, but I also want every session to leave you with something useful that you can carry into your daily life.

My focus is helping people feel understood while giving them tools that create meaningful progress outside of therapy.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I frequently work with adults experiencing anxiety, chronic stress, burnout, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. Many of my clients are professionals balancing demanding careers while trying to care for themselves and the people around them.

Why I became a therapist
